The PBB100 block is a powerful
block for high loads and is ideal for demanding applications on board. With a
working load of up to 4 tonnes, it offers maximum safety and reliability – perfect for halyards, sheets and trim lines.
An acetal plain bearing in combination with two axial Delrin® bearings ensures smooth, low-friction running of the sheave – even with off-centre lines. This keeps everything stable and efficient, even under load.
Cheeks and sheaves made of black anodised, milled aluminium guarantee high strength with low weight and offer optimum corrosion protection in maritime use. The weight-optimised milled swivel axis reduces unnecessary mass, while insulated stainless steel components reliably prevent contact corrosion.
The block can be quickly and easily dismantled for maintenance and care – ideal for long-term use on sailing and motor yachts.
