Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day

1. on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more items as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

2. on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that you have ordered several items as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

3. on the date on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial consignment or the last item, provided that a product is delivered in several partial consignments or items.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods,

1. which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or
2. which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

This applies in particular to products manufactured individually to the customer’s specifications, such as made-to-measure sails.

In the case of contracts for services, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Section 356(4) of the German Civil Code (BGB) if the trader has fully performed the service and has only commenced performance of the service after the consumer

1. has expressly agreed that the trader may commence performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
2. has confirmed his awareness that, by giving his consent, he forfeits his right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
