Since we have already produced sails, the great demand for sprayhoods made us to start producing sprayhoods. Nowadays we are able to produce different models regarding your ideas and wishes. For all our sprayhoods we use cover cloth of high value, named MARKILUX.

After producing the spars (you can choose between saltwater-proof aluminium and stainless steel AISI316), we will make a sample 1:1 directly on the yacht. Afterwards we will transfer the sample to the cloth in our workshop and adjust the cloth to the yacht.

Our main-drop-system with lazy-jack-lines is a practical system for sailors. For that purpose we take measurements, while the sail is down, than we produce two wedge-shaped cover pieces. Those pieces contain belts to fasten the lazy-jack- lines and a batten for support. Both covers are able to be connected through a zipper. When the sail comes down, it will give an opportunity to be stored through the zipper very fast. A small front cover around the mast covers the rest of the sail. UV-radiation and other influences of the weather can almost be excluded.
