rigging factory

Our rig workshop comes with a direct exit to the pier. Moreover, the mast crane, which is also located infront of the rigging factory, offers you a complete rig service. The rig service program including the check of your rig ensures an optimal and safety performance. We rig approximately 500 yachts per year, which concerns the customers of the Marina as well as the first deliveries of Hanse- yachts. The size of the boat does not matter! We are rigging very small boats and boats up to 63 feet (other sizes on request).

If you are interested to get a special rig, we will make it happen: we can optimize your existing rig to a racing rig. Even if you are on a trip or where you feel native, we are all set to rig your boat anywhere in Europe. This only requires an available Marina.

Our service includes as follows:

• pressings of stainless steel wire up to 8 mm

• fabrication and delivery of halyards

• transportation of masts up to 18 m
  
• de- rigging and rigging (with mast crane directly in front of the workshop)
  
• individual manufacture of special mast fittings
  
• design of deck layouts and detail solutions
  
• manufacture of rails as well as of standing and running rig
  
• manufacture of ropes etc., for example for banisters, park decks, parks etc.
  
• all works will be done out of stainless steel (A2 and A4)
